David responded very promptly in a very short notice. He performed a thorough, detailed, very professional inspection of the house. He also took the time to explain his findings, was very responsive in answering phone calls or text messages. We were a bit intimidated by the home buying process at first.  Having someone as knowledgeable and patient as David made the entire process a lot easier.  We learned a lot from him, and really appreciated how thorough he is.  After getting David in for an inspection the first time, we let our realtor know that we wanted to work with him for the rest of our home inspections. As first time home buyers who were purchasing a home all the way from the east coast, we had a lot of uncertainty to navigate in determining if the home we wanted was a good fit. David was an excellent inspector who alleviated all the concerns we had when it came to the quality and condition of the property. He brings years of experience and an attention to detail that is essential to the inspection process and making sure your home is a good investment. He was also very clear at communicating and answering the many questions we had as people who are new to this process. Finally, he was communicative from end to end and the final written report was incredibly detailed (with both detailed explanations, a briefer summarized report, and labeled images and diagrams that made it easy for us to review and remember what we needed to follow up on).
