In this month’s home inspection picture we seethe end of a sump pump discharge pipe raining into a sink. While the seller thought that this was a great idea, all it did was make a big mess every time the sump pump went off.

In this month’s Seattle Home Inspection Picture we see a missing TPR valve tube. This is very common to see on a home inspection. This tube is a safety item attached to the threaded TPR valve seen below. Make sure your water heater has one.
